After releasing their new single "Torn" earlier this year, U.K.-based indie-electronic duo KOLIDESCOPES is now here with an accompanying video.

The new set of visuals are premiering today on Variance, offering an intimate clip for the entrancing track, which marked the pair's major label debut on Atlantic Records.

“We wanted the music video to feel really British, inspired by the movies Snatch and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels," says the duo, which is made up of musician/producers Johnny Courtidis and Dan Dare. “We shot the video the week when everyone was able to come out of lockdown and so we got together a load of our friends to take part. The story plays on the idea of love lost and being 'Torn' between two different lives. We hope our fans will enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed shooting it."

Courtidis previously found success as one-half of Melbourne, Australia-based indie-house duo Parachue Youth, known for their 2012 platinum hit "Can't Get Better Than This." As for Dare, his working as a songwriter and producer has previously found him collaborating with the likes of Charli XCX, Marina & the Diamonds and more.

According to the duo, they've been utilizing these strange times to work on new music, promising "big songs, fun songs, happy songs, chill songs" are on the way in the future.
