The wait is finally over. Arcade Fire has shared the video for the brand new single, "Reflektor."

The newly released interactive video is the creation of the band's longtime collaborator Vincent Morisset. It was filmed in Jacmel, Haiti and tells “the story follows a young woman who travels between her world and our own.”

Google Chrome is a co-sponsor of the new visuals, of which fans are encouraged to view within Google's flagship browser for the best experience. Fans can use their mouse, tablet or mobile device to dictate the video, which can be seen here.

As we previously reported, Arcade Fire will be the musical guest for the season premiere of Saturday Night Live on Sept. 28, with host Tina Fey. Their album, likely titled Reflektor, is due Oct. 29 via Merge.

The band has additionally released the official version of the video, directed by filmmaker Anton Corbijn, which can be seen below:
