LP is one of many performers on the roster this weekend for Austin City Limits Music Festival. Before she took the stage on Friday, she talked to us about overcoming nerves, songwriting and what she's working on for her upcoming album.

ACL continues through Sunday, with performances from Bombay Bicycle Club, The Shins, The Roots, Gotye, Jack White, Gary Clark Jr., Two Door Cinema Club, The Avett Brothers, The Weeknd, Childish Gambino, The Civil Wars and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, among others.
