Jordan Rakei's album Origin was absolutely one of the best of 2019—and it's apparently getting even better.

He confirmed today he is releasing a deluxe version of the record on March 13. The extended edition will include two new tracks as well as new version of "Signs," which now features Common. That track was released today.

"I'm so honoured to have a track with Common," says Rakei. "It's insanely humbling to know that one of my favourite rappers of all time liked one of my tracks and decided to be a part of it! We had a conversation when I was in America on tour and he understood the track’s meaning from the get go."

For his part, Common adds: "I am very grateful to be a part of it. When I heard the song, I was inspired and I thought it was something that I could be my creative self on. I really appreciate Jordan as an artist and I am excited to be collaborating with him."

In addition to the new version of "Signs" and two new songs, the deluxe edition of Origin will be split into two discs, with the second disc including the aforementioned new tracks as well as live versions of much of the album material recorded at such places as the Maida Vale Studios in London and the studio of Southern California NPR affiliate KCRW in Santa Monica.
