Just seven months after releasing her album Chemtrails Over the Country Club, Lana Del Rey has clearly moved on—from the album itself, but not the aftermath.

After a series of controversies and subsequently going dark and deactivating all her social media accounts to focus on "different endeavors," she seems to be responding very vocally on her new album Blue Banisters, which is out today.

As we previously mentioned, the singer was already teasing new music post-Chemtrails back in May and she had also suggested her next album would be called Rock Candy Sweet. While she apparently ditched that title (and its June 1 release date), she has kept her word about releasing a new album this calendar year. And it's both defiant and enamoring.

Hear the new album below.
