We already know Beyoncé's new surprise album is No. 1, but she's not alone in this week's top debuts.
As expected, R. Kelly's Black Panties has earned the R&B singer his 15th top 10, as it debuts this week at No. 4 with 133,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Meanwhile, Childish Gambino has earned his first top 10 album, as Because the Internet debuts at No. 7 with 96,000 copies. That is a huge increase over his 2011 debut set, Camp, which started at No. 11 with 52,000.
The strong debut is great for Gambino (aka Donald Glover), who has been a target for many critics lately. His album was recently named one of Variance's Top 25 of 2013.
Gambino also gives his label, Glassnote Records, its fourth top 10, following Mumford & Sons' Sigh No More (No. 2), Babel (No. 2) and Phoenix's Bankrupt!.
